Description
Mid Murray Councilinvites tenders for the preparation of a district-wide Tourism Precinct Plan that incorporates a feasibility and master planning process for key tourism assets and attractions, and masterplan/s that include prioritised projects, schedules, costings and implementation plan. A consultation report, highlighting the feedback received during the consultation process, will also be prepared.
The project is divided into the following five (5) Sub-Projects:
- Indigenous Cultural Mapping
- River Corridor Tourism Masterplan
- Township Tourism Masterplans
- Mannum Waterfalls Masterplan
- Dark-Sky Astro-Tourism Planetarium/Observatory
. Where needed, tenderers are encouraged to collaborate with other providers to deliver the whole of the project with a holistic approach.
