Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to procure new Assessment and Service Connect services in the Brisbane, Central Queensland, North Coast, North Queensland and South East Queensland regions. Suppliers may offer to provide services to one, some or all of these regions, however suppliers must have the capacity, either in their own right or through sub-contracting or consortium arrangements, to provide services to all nominated catchment areas within a region.
Through this RFQ, the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services is seeking a partnership approach to assess and respond to a family’s needs for service connection to improve the safety and wellbeing of children in their home and reduce the need for children to enter or re-enter the statutory system.
Services, funded under the Families Investment Specification Version 6.1, will co-deliver Assessment and Service Connect responses with Child Safety.
