Falls to Hotham Alpine Crossing (FHAC) Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) Complex Assessment

The Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) for the Falls to Hotham Alpine Crossing (FHAC) Project requires a Complex Assessment to be completed by an appointed Heritage Advisor

A CHMP at Standard Assessment was prepared by the previously engaged Heritage Advisor. This can be accessed on request subject to a Deed of Confidentiality being completed and returned.

We are seeking the expertise of a Heritage Advisor to perform the following tasks:

• Review the work done to date, including the CHMP prepared up to the end of Desktop and Standard Assessments conducted.
• Re-engage with Traditional Owner groups to ensure their continued involvement and to address any additional concerns or insights they may have.
• Deliver complex assessment fieldwork, to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the cultural heritage values.
• Finalise the CHMP, incorporating all findings and documentation of consultation.
• Engage with Traditional Owner groups, First Peoples-State Relations (FP-SR) and Parks Victoria (PV) to determine management conditions and contingencies.

Lodge the completed CHMP with FP-SR for approval.
