Description

Finance invites suitably qualified contractors with the expertise and experience in the delivery of repair, maintenance and minor works on small to medium fibre optic infrastructure works and capital projects.

Finance is seeking to create a panel for a period of three (3) years. Each successful Tenderer will be required to execute a Deed of Standing Offer (DoSO). Finance may agree to extend the life of the panel by extending each DoSO for two (2) further periods of one (1) year each. Any such extension is in Finance’s discretion, and will be based on available funding and satisfactory performance by the contractor of its obligations under its DoSO and will be subject to written agreement between the parties.
