Description
A review of the land functions within the Public Transport Authority (PTA) highlighted the requirement to establish a land and property register of the agency’s real property assets. The development of the system is partially complete and the PTA now requires the services of an individual, preferably with background knowledge and experience in its processes and procedures relating to its land and land records in order to complete the task.
