The Bureau requires the provision of a number of property management services provided by a single contractor to support the management of its national property portfolio of leased and owned properties. The types of services required on an exclusive basis include:
·Strategic Support and Portfolio Management Services;
·Lease Management Services;
·Building Services Contracts;
·Financial Management Services;
·Environmental Management System Services;
·Management Information System;
·Contract Relationship and Performance Management Services.
The types of services required on a non exclusive basis include:
·Strategic and Market Advice;
·Environmental Expertise and Advice;
·Disposal of Property;
Property Inspections.
