Through Estate and Trust Managers, the Customer manages a number of residential properties within the Perth Metropolitan area. Most of the properties are occupied. One of those management functions is to ensure clients residential properties are repaired and maintained in keeping with the Customer’s legal obligations and the capacity of the individual client to meet the repair and maintenance costs in each case.
This Request seeks the services of a suitably experienced organisation to manage the repair and maintenance of those residential properties. A full statement of requirements is set out in schedule 2 of the Request
