Description
Communities is seeking to purchase services that will operate in a way that prioritises the needs and best interests of the child or young person, care arrangement stability, and safe and lasting relationships with trusted adults. For all children and young people – but especially Aboriginal young people - this includes being cared for in care arrangements that meet their physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs in keeping with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principle.[1]
