Description
The Director of National Parks (DNP) seeks suitably qualified and experienced valuers to:
- Undertake revaluation of the the DNP non financial asset base across all Parks and other sites in line with AASB 116 Property, Plant and Equipment.
- Provide detailed report of the fair value and estimated useful life of DNP assets as at 30 June 2011.
- Provide advice on status of Heritage and Cultural Assets.
- Provide additional advice during the Financial Statements preparation period (if necessary).
It is anticipated that travel to Parks in the Northern Territory, NSW and ACT will be required.
