Description
The Department of Housing and Public Works (the department) has issued this Request for Offer (RFO) with the objective of procuring a provider to deliver Home Assist Secure (HAS) within the Hervey Bay region from 30 June 2017 to 30 June 2018.
HAS is a State Government program which provides low-cost, targeted assistance to help eligible clients unable to undertake or pay for critical maintenance services to maintain their existing housing arrangements. The program targets people aged 60 years and over, and people with a disability who wish to remain living in their home.
Services provided through HAS include free information and referrals and subsidised assistance to eligible clients for minor home maintenance, modifcations and repairs.
