Description
The Gold Coast Waterways Authority GCWA requires a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractor to complete the 5 years Annual Maintenance Painting of Seaway Jetty 2018 2022.
The major items included in the Works are as detailed in the Specification.
The Contract is comprised of five annual maintenance painting services to the Seaway Jetty at the Nerang River Entrance carried out during the five-year period from award of contract.
Each annual maintenance period shall be a Separable Portion of this Contract. Payment shall be in the form of annual payments over the period of this Maintenance Contract on completion of each Separable Portion.
The main objective of this project is to execute the annual maintenance painting for the next 5 years starting in financial year 2018 2019 and finishing in financial year 2022 2023 to repair, protect and maintain the protective coating on the Seaway Jetty generally in accordance with requirements outlined in the specification
