The Economic Regulation Authority is seeking to engage a Contractor with the expertise to deliver the technical advisory services through suitably skilled and experienced Technical Advisor(s) providing technical advice on capital and operating expenditure proposals and other matters to assist with the assessment of proposed revisions to the access arrangement for the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline.
