A project to be undertaken

The Works comprise the construction and completion of the Roberts Park Community Hub at 35 Waterloo Road, Greenacre NSW, including but not limited to: Site establishment and temporary worksDemolition and removal of existing buildings, structures and associated servicesConstruction of the new community hub building and associated external works, as documented (Area 1)Construction of landscaping and civil works, as documented (Area 2).Utility authority coordination and service connectionsConstruction staging and temporary access arrangementsTraffic, pedestrian and stakeholder managementObtaining all authority and statutory approvals required for the works, including utility connections, the Construction Certificate (CC), and the Occupation Certificate (OC), in accordance with the Contract Documents, except where otherwise stated in the Contract Documents.The Works shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the Contract Documents including the Drawings, Specifications, Development Consent conditions, Construction Certificate requirements and all applicable statutory requirements.
