Description
The Customer (Department of Finance) through its Government Office Accommodation division leases the following buildings:
- Gordon Stephenson House, 140 William Street, Perth (approximately 34,383 sqm); and
- Djookanup “B”, 16 Parkland Road, Osborne Park (approximately 13,339 sqm).
The Customer is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced organisation to provide tenant and facilities management services for these above-mentioned buildings. The Contractor (the successful Respondent) will be required to fulfil the needs of multiple Government Agencies for the provision of tenant services and facilities management.
