Supply of CFA Volunteer Workwear

CFA is one of the world’s largest volunteer-based emergency services. There are over 55,000 volunteer members supported by over 800 career fire fighters and officers and more than 1000 career support and administrative staff.

Situated in Victoria, CFA provides fire and emergency support to 3.3 million people and 150,182 square kilometres of land. This area includes more than 1 million homes, and covers all of rural Victoria, as well as provincial cities and towns (except State forests and National Parks). It also includes outer Melbourne suburbs such as Frankston and Dandenong, and key growth suburbs such as Cranbourne, Melton and Werribee.

The 1,220 CFA Fire Brigades around Victoria respond to a wide range of emergency incidents 24-hours a day, including bushfires, house fires, industrial fires, road accidents, rescues, chemical spills, floods and other natural disasters. CFA also works closely with local communities to raise awareness about fire safety and plan for bushfires.

Partnerships with national, state and local governments, industry and brigades are essential to the successful operation of CFA. As a community service organisation, CFA brigades are strongly supported by their local communities in responding to Victoria's fire safety and emergency management needs.

CFA is seeking responses to this invitation for the provision of Goods and/or Services as outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications.

For an ongoing supply arrangement for Volunteer Workwear Uniforms. with an initial procurement of approximately 8,500 sets including Shirts, Pants, Shorts, Jackets, Headwear and accessories as per the specification, and on-going supply agreement. Initial contract term is for four (4) years with two (2) x two (2) year extensions.
