Description
Health Support Services (HSS) is procuring a new unified communications solution to support the transition of Mount Lawley Hospital into WA Health on 31 August 2026. The project will replace the hospital’s existing telephony services, currently integrated with St John of God Health Care’s Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment, to ensure continuity of clinical and corporate communications. The procurement will engage a contractor to supply, configure, and implement a hosted cloud Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform, associated hardware, licensing, and professional services to support the transition.
