Description
The University is seeking to establish a strategic relationship with a single supplier of Cisco network products and services, to support the development and growth of Griffith’s network products and services solutions.
The objective of this ITO is to select a Cisco ‘Gold’ certified Partner who can supply all Cisco network products and services listed below ;
The University’s scope of Cisco network products and services requirements over the next six (6) year period is expected to include but not limited to the following-
• Data Network
o Ethernet Switches (Access Layer and Distribution)
o Routers (Core)
o Data Centre Switches
o Wireless LAN and WAN products
o Remote Access Concentrators (VPN)
• Digital Signage products
• Building Management (e.g. Cisco Network Building Mediator, Cisco Energywise Technology)
• Voice Network
o Call Managers, IP Telephony, Video phones
o Unified messaging - Voicemail
• Video Conferencing products.
• Hardware and software maintenance.
• The potential for storage, collaboration and unified computing solutions.
• Network Management software
