Reactive Maintenance Provision for the First Building - BDA000721/22-1

A project to be undertaken

The 1st building will have a 12 month maintenance period where any defective works etc. are rectified by the Builder. However there may be instances where work are required that are not covered under the liability period. Examples may be sewer chokes that need to be cleared, overloading of power circuits, repairs to vandalism. For this to occur we need to have a contractor engaged that can carry out a broad range of activities. HIX group are a local contractor that can provide this service, they are on the Whole of Government contract and have advised that they are willing to enter into an agreement for reactive services on an adhoc basis. Additionally as they are on the WofG panel, they may be eligible to tender for the Facilities Maintenance Contract to be put in place at the end of the Builders maintenance liability period
