Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) will provide utility services for a new staff accommodation project located at Windy Hill along Parker Point Road. RIA will provide a power supply to the lease boundary of the project site. The new power supply will be provided from the kiosk recently installed at the junction of Parker Point Road and Windy Hill Road.
