Description
The Railways (Access) Code 2000 was amended by the WA Government in Dec 2023. This amendment requested updated costing principles and other relevant policies and guidelines with the deadline of March 2024, which has been extended to the PTA until end of August 2024. The scope of work involves familiarising with the access code requirements, reviewing of PTA?s previous costing principles and other sample documents (currently published and available on the ERA (Economic Regulation Authority) website) and updating in consultation with PTA Subject Matter Experts (SME). The key deliverables of this scope will be to draft an update to the procedures as published on the ERA website and facilitating PTA?s final review and publishing of the documents for the ERA website.
