Tasmanian Water and Sewerage Due Diligence

This Request for Tender has been developed to engage suitably qualified persons to undertake a due diligence assessment of the water and sewerage assets, liabilities and employees that are currently managed by Tasmania’s 29 councils, the 3 council owned bulk water authorities, State Government and other relevant bodies, where applicable. This due diligence will inform the transfer of the appropriate water and sewerage assets, liabilities and employees to the new corporations established through the structural reform of the Tasmanian water and sewerage sector.
