Provision of Cleaning Services for Facilities and Amenities within Kings Park and Bold Park

The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority requires the provision of cleaning services to various facilities and amenities within Kings Park and Bold Park.

Whilst having a preference for a single, all of services contractor to cover both sites, BGPA reserves the right to award one or more contracts for the various requirements. Respondents are advised they may nominate for one, some or all of the following options;

• Both sites and all service areas;
• Either site (i.e. a response for only Kings Park or Bold Park); or
• By service area within each site (i.e. facilities cleaning and/or toilet cleaning)
