TWDT01103-2016 Provision of Catering Service to the Muresk Institute

The Contract Authority seeks to establish a

panel of catering contractors to provide catering services, as and when required, throughout the calendar year.

Muresk Institute has a range of clients on site that include, but are not limited to, the below

• • • Conference/Seminar delegatesPrivate functions
    • School site visits
    • Corporate retreats
    • Sports Groups
    • Art/Craft Groups
      • Day trip buses

Additionally, Muresk also offers full board and on-site student short course catering for students completing studies at Muresk.

Successful Respondents will be appointed to a panel of catering contractors, from which quotes may be requested to provide catering services (food preparation, service, labour and cleanup) for the various function groups that Muresk accommodates.

Additionally, Panel members may be requested to quote for the provision of catering to full board and on-site short course students for the duration of a semester (variable period depending on institutional academic calendars however 2 semesters run every calendar year). This service is a daily service for lunch and dinner (No dinner Friday).
