Westport requires the services of an experienced environmental consultant to ensure that adequate and appropriate sediment quality data are collected at the seabed surface, and to the full dredging depth, to allow the above-mentioned risks of environmental impacts to be addressed to the satisfaction of State and Commonwealth regulators as part of their respective EIA and Permitting processes.
