Enhanced Air Quality Monitoring Data Management System

The Department of Environment and Science (DES) (the agency) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations to provide appropriate products and/or services to replace the existing Air Quality Data Management System (AQDMS) with a new data and information system.

The purpose of this invitation for EOI is to:

• provide information to potential respondents about the project
• outline the tender process and procurement timetable for the project
• invite potential respondents to submit EOIs and inform them as to the information to be included in any EOIs
• set out the evaluation criteria against which the agency will evaluate each EOI and select shortlisted respondents, and
• elicit views and seek information from the market to assist the agency’s decision making on certain key issues for the project and the preparation of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
