Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) seeks submissions from suitably qualified organisation(s) for the Provision of On-Course Broadcasting & Video Services (the “Services”) as described within this Part E – Specification of Requirements, "Appendix 1 Performance Criteria" and in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
Tenderers will be required to have the relevant experience in providing On-Course Broadcasting & Video Services (ideally within Sport or Racing).
The Services will be provided at the in-scope Victorian greyhound racing clubs (the “Clubs”) outlined below, GRV is seeking an optimum number of suppliers, for the provision of high quality Services to all in-scope Clubs and accordingly may, in its absolute discretion consider a shared-award (e.g. contracting with more than one Tenderer) if appropriate.
The approximate numbers of race meetings for a Club in the 2013/14 financial year are shown in brackets next to each Club to demonstrate the geographic extent of Services only. There are 10 – 12 races at each race meeting on average. Where the number in brackets specifies 104 this indicates there are on average 2 meetings per week at that Club. Where the number is brackets specifies 52 this indicates that there are on average 1 meeting per week at that Club.

Out of scope: the following Victorian greyhound racing club are not included within the scope of this RFT:
Please note that the Contract includes a mechanism which allows GRV to add additional clubs in the future in its discretion.
Prices
GRV requests that pricing should be provided within Schedule 9. Tenderers should provide pricing in the excel format provided;1.as a fixed price per race meeting per track (single pricing); or
2.as a fixed price per race meeting per track (if GRV considers your Services for multiple Clubs ); or
3.as a fixed price per race meeting per track (if GRV considers your Services for all Clubs as detailed as included within this RFT).
The prices quoted by the Tenderer must be inclusive of all components of the delivery On-Course Broadcast & Video Services, On-Course CCTV plus other services requested in additional Services as specified in this RFT (excluding GST).
Interested parties should download the RFT documentation and familiarise themselves with the Specification of Requirements, "Appendix 1 Performance Criteria", Proposed Contract, plus additional documentation available on Greyhound Racing Victoria and the Club from the GRV website (www.grv.org.au), prior to contacting GRV with any questions or enquiries. A separate Excel Pricing Schedule 9 - RFT 02 03 13 - OCBVS with separate titled Speadsheets is provided. In accordance with Probity, GRV will not be meeting with interested parties or individuals to discuss their proposals until after the Closing Date and initial Evaluation has been completed.
