The Housing Contact Centre (HCC) is the primary contact point for DCJ Housing Services. The HCC operates all year round in a 24/7 environment and provides accommodation access to clients who are homeless, assesses applications for social housing and private rental assistance and assists with general enquiries and feedback services.
