The Community Housing Leasing Program (CHLP) provides private market rental subsidies for the provision of social housing through registered Community Housing Providers. St George Community Housing Limited was awarded the contract through a limited negotiation, non-tender process for a term of 97 months and a value of $7,574,099 inclusive of GST to deliver 32 properties under the SHS, and 40 properties under the Together Home Program.
