QRP-23-7 SEQ Traincrew Rostering Upgrade – Tender Overview

Queensland Rail seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Systems Implementation Partner (SIP) to lead all aspects of the STR Project including technical management, Organisational Change Management, vendor management, operational readiness.

Queensland Rail understands that this will be a multi-year journey and that establishment of foundation capabilities is a critical success factor. As a result, the qualifications and experience of the SIP are vital to our success.

Pending successful implementation of HASTUS Roster version 2023 for SEQ Traincrew there may be requirements to rollout this product to other parts of Queensland Rail. In this case, the successful SIP will be the preferred supplier to lead future implementations.

Respondents who would like to download all documents and are interested in submitting a response, please follow the below instructions:

1. Tenderers are to email the nominated Contact Officer ( [email hidden] ) to register interest and to gain access the documents and online response form in the SAP Ariba Sourcing system with the following information:

1. Name of Tendering Organisation
2. Name of Tenderer Representative
3. Email Address
4. Phone Number
5. Ariba ANID (if known)

1. Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tool that will be used for the receipt of tender submissions. Queensland Rail will not accept any hardcopy responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
2. Refer to the attached document “Ariba Guide for Suppliers (v1,1)” for instructions on how to navigate the Ariba Sourcing System (once you have registered your interest with the Contact Officer).

Tender Response Questions in SAP Ariba Sourcing

Queensland Rail will only accept responses submitted via the SAP Ariba Sourcing System.

Please do not leave tender responses until the closing date and time, allow adequate timing to have tender responses uploaded into the system.
