This Request is for the provision of a cleaning service (“the Service”) at the following Premises:
• Department of Transport Office in Albany, Western Australia; and
• Albany Waterfront Marina - Ablutions
The Service comprises both regular and periodic cleaning Services.
Respondents are invited to bid for one or both Premises. Respondents will not be expected to clean Premises that they did not bid for. However, the Customer’s preference is to award the contract for both Premises to one Contractor.
