Description
Parks Victoria wants to establish a Deed of Standing Offer agreement for a panel of preferred external investigators and consultants.
They will undertake and support employee investigations relating to internal disciplinary matters and external complaints.
This includes:
1. Employee disciplinary investigations for misconduct, breaches of procedure, policy, and codes of conduct. This may involve preliminary investigations or end-to-end investigations.
2. Internal review and investigations into employee grievances.
3. Team-based culture reviews and health checks.
4. Mediation, facilitated discussions, and conflict coaching services.
5. Investigations into complaints received by the Governance Risk and Compliance team from external sources.
