Provision of Commercial Cleaning Services to Prospect Place Site, West Perth

The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) is arranging commercial cleaning services for its Prospect Place site. The cleaning will cover all internal and external areas, including workspaces, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. It will also address various surface types such as paving, timber, vinyl, carpet, concrete, and tile, along with fixtures like toilets, urinals, showers, and hand basins located both inside and outside WC areas. The contract includes regular cleaning services to maintain hygiene, with daily, monthly, and day cleaner support. It also covers scheduled tasks such as carpet and window cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and deep cleans. Ad-hoc cleaning for one-off or emergency jobs outside the regular schedule is also part of the agreement. In addition to cleaning, the supplier will provide hygiene-related consumables such as toiletries and bin liners. The contract also includes daily opening and closing of the premises to support the site's operational needs.
