Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Commercial Real Estate Property Management Services

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the establishment of a state-wide Standing Offer Arrangement to provide real estate management services for its commercial rental property portfolio.

It includes property management services to ensure that commercial rental properties owned by the Principal are properly managed and maintained under Queensland legislation and statutory laws, in line with government requirements.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• the marketing and rental of properties
• facilitating a range of minor and/or major maintenance services including sourcing of quotes for larger jobs
• lessee management
• regular inspections of properties
• reporting on the condition of properties, lessee details and arrears
• remedy of lessee arrears
• attendance in court matters
• let only
• compliance with legislative and statutory requirements

It does not include the management of properties within the Brisbane metropolitan area. The available location are grouped in clusters (details contained in Section 3.4 Requirements).
