Delivery of Professional Cleaning Services (Charleville)

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) are seeking proposals for the delivery of professional cleaning services at our Hood Street Facility, in Charleville, Queensland.

This facility comprises of several buildings, two (2) of which are to be cleaned under the provision of the cleaning contract.

Professional cleaning services are to be conducted between the hours of 6:00pm and 10:00pm (AEST), Monday to Friday five (5) days per week (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The contract is being offered for 3 years commencing 1 July 2022. The Customer may in its absolute discretion choose to extend the Contract Term for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year duration each. If all extension options are exercised, the final end date will be 30/06/2027.

A mandatory site visit applies to this procurement. Suppliers will meet at the Office at the DAF Hood Street Charleville at 11.00am. Maximum two representatives per company allowed to attend. The Customer does not give any warranty as to the condition of the site or anything located at the site.
