Description

The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) leads the implementation of the Aboriginal Governance and Leadership Development Program (AGLDP). The program has an approved Royalties for Regions allocation of $8.5 million for the period 2021–22 to 2028–29. The purpose of the Aboriginal Governance and Leadership Development Program (AGLDP) is to strengthen the organisational capacity of Aboriginal businesses and entities in leadership, governance, and business development. The program supports Aboriginal people and organisations including businesses, Prescribed Body Corporates, Native Title bodies, corporations, not-for-profits, and other entities to participate in priority State projects and to grow and harness regional development opportunities. Now in its fourth year of delivery, DPIRD is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Aboriginal consultancy to conduct a mid-term review of the Aboriginal Governance and Leadership Development Program (AGLDP).
