For the disposal of Sanitary Products and Nappy Waste in Queensland state-owned educational facilities

The Department of Education, Training and Employment (the Department) is seeking offers from hygiene and washroom service providers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (arrangement) for the disposal of sanitary products and nappy waste for Queensland state-owned educational facilities and other Queensland Government Departments. This arrangement will be mandatory for Queensland state schools and all other facilities where this type of service is required.

The arrangement is to provide a service for disposal of sanitary items and nappy waste for all of the Department’s Education portfolio sites throughout Queensland; including prep, special, primary, high schools, schools of the air, colleges, environmental education centres, outdoor education centres, secondary departments, centres for continuing education and regional offices.
