Provision of Cleaning Services for North Metropolitan TAFE's Perth Metropolitan Campuses

North Metropolitan TAFE intends toengage the services of one Contractor to deliver regular cleaning services, non-scheduled cleaning services and other cleaning services to all of the campuses under our control within the Perth Metropolitan area, with minimal exclusions. Respondents must be capable of providing cleaning services for all sites listed in Schedule 2. The objective of this is to ensure the consistency of cleaning standards and to consolidate contract management responsibilities. However, North Metropolitan TAFE reserves the right to award to more than one contractor should it choose to do so.
