Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (the Department) has a requirement to procure fieldwork services to conduct interviews for its Outcomes Based Management (OBM) statutory reporting. Since, July 2015, the Department has used a mixed method approach of online and telephone surveying to survey clients of the Jobs and Skills Centres and Skilled Migration WA to determine the proportion of clients that have achieved an outcome as a result of using those services.
