The South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) requires a Contractor to decommission, remove, supply, install and commission a replacement Transformer at Fremantle Hospital and Health Service (FHHS).
1.1 NON-MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION
A non-mandatory site inspection is available to the Respondents. This would allow the Respondent to view the site, Transformer and to prepare any questions they may have regarding the service.
These questions are to be sent via email to the contact person prior to the Mandatory Site Briefing. The answers to these queries shall be issued in the form of an addendum during the Mandatory Briefing.
The Non-Mandatory Site Inspections can occur:
Date: From Wednesday 7 to Friday 9 June 2017
Time: Between 9am to 3pm
Location: The Site - FHHS
Interested parties are to contact Fremantle Hospital on [phone hidden] to arrange a suitable time to inspect the site.
1.2 MANDATORY SITE BRIEFING
A mandatory site briefing will be conducted at:
Date: 13 June 2017
Time: 11:00 AM
Location: FHHS, P Block.
The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 4.00pm, on Monday 12 June 2017 by contacting Cade Zulsdorf via email.
Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
