Provision of Telecommunication Services for Stanwell Corporation Limited

Stanwell Corporation Limited (Stanwell) expects to issue an open Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of telecommunication services. Specifically, Stanwell requires the provision of:

• fixed voice services,
  • fixed voice services including PSTN and ISDN services;
  • inbound services (1300 and 1800 numbers)
  • voice conferencing services;
  • indial redirection during business continuity events (as required).
  • IMAC services associated with fixed voice and data services
• mobile voice and data services
  • mobile voice and data services (includling satelliate services, wireless email and boradband);
  • additional mobile voice services such as SMS and voicemail;
  • mobile handsets and wireless broadband cards; and
  • IMAC services associated with mobile voice services.
• data services.
  • redundant WAN interconnectivity to Stanwell's Sites;
  • IMAC services associated with data services.
• internet services.
  • redundant internet services to the Stanwell's data centres;
  • ADSL internet services;
  • IMAC services associated with Internet services

Stanwell will also seek proposals for the following options:

• telecommunication management services (single point of contact for all telecommunication services, billing and reporting services);
• backup link between its Rockhampton Office and Stanwell Power Station.

Telephony, network management, security, video conferencing, pager services, AEMOP data services, 2 way radio, squawk services and call centre services are excluded from the scope of the ITT.

The anticipated release date of the ITT will between 02 November and 09 November 2009 and will be advertised for a total of (4) weeks. It is expected that Successful Tenderer(s) will be advised by end of February 2010 (at the latest) of the outcome of the ITT with services to commence by the 30 March 2010.

It is a requirement that successful Tenderers be GITC certified prior to Contract Award.
