Transport fifteen (15) (approx 17Tonne each) Mooring Blocks from a location in the Port of Brisbane to Flinders Reef and Flat Rock Moreton Bay Marine Park
Place the blocks on identified points on sand patches without causing damage to surrounding substrate (e.g. coral), to attach Mooring Lines (supplied by QPWS) and to test Mooring;
Remove old Mooring Blocks - Five (5) from Flinders Reef and drop on an approved artificial reef site within Moreton Bay by 31 May 2010.
