Description
WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide services for the WACHS Information Management and Technology Service (WACHS IM&T) Videoconferencing Core Infrastructure.
WACHS is seeking to procure an Avaya videoconferencing solution specialist to provide the following services:
- Maintenance Services – the ongoing maintenance of the Hardware and Software components related to the Avaya videoconferencing infrastructure and any future upgrades or associated products purchased; and
- Support Services - the ongoing provision of a level 3 Support/Help Desk for the Avaya suite of products used by the Videoconferencing Core Infrastructure as defined in the Service Level Agreement provided in Schedule 8 to this Request.
