NOTE: This is the same ATM as the SEA1442 Phase 4 RFT 11/003 (ES) ATM published on 9-Apr-2011.
The Department of Defence invites tenders for the acquisition and support of a modernised communications capability in the Royal Australian Navy ANZAC Class frigates, to be implemented through Project SEA1442 Phase 4.
