Transfer of Foster and Kinship Care Carers and Placements - NQ and FNQ

This Request for Quote seeks proposal/s from suppliers to support foster and kinship care carers and associated children and young people in out-of-home care placements currently managed by the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services (DCSYW) in:

• North Queensland Region - Doomadgee and Mornington Island

• Far North Queensland Region - Cape York North Child Safety Service Centre (CSSC) catchment area including Aurukun, Lockhart, Mapoon, Napranum and Weipa

• Far North Queensland Region - Cape York South Child Safety Service Centre (CSSC) catchment area including Kowanyama and Pompuraaw.

Suppliers may submit proposals to deliver services to one, some or all of the above regions, however suppliers must have the capacity, either in their own right or through sub-contracting, consortium or other partnering arrangements, to provide services to all nominated catchment areas within that region.
