Domestic and Family Violence and Sexual Assault Support Services - Roma/Far West

The Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services (the department) is seeking to procure an integrated suite of specialist Domestic and Family Violence and Sexual Assault Support services in the Roma/Far West Catchment area.

These services are required to work as part of a broader, local service system that includes police, courts, child protection and other non-government organisations to deliver a timely, coordinated and client focussed response to people affected by domestic and family violence and sexual violence. Services delivered are to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of victims and their children, particularly those in high risk situations and to support the accountability of those who use violence.

The department is seeking innovative, culturally inclusive approaches to service delivery provided that victim safety and perpetrator accountability is prioritised.

There are a range of effective and sustainable service delivery models currently utilised in rural, regional and remote communities across Australia and the department encourages suppliers to develop evidence based proposals that will deliver flexible and locally responsive service delivery.

Suppliers may submit an Offer either in their own right or in collaboration with other organisations through consortia or lead contractor with subcontracting arrangements. Consortium or subcontracting arrangements could provide a solution where the members leverage off their specific strengths to deliver aspects of the required service that best aligns with their capacity and/or location.
