Description
Council is seeking quotations to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to create a master plan for the refurbishment of the Pavilion to ensure the venue can meet the needs of the community into the future. It is envisaged that a master plan will include:
- Community and stakeholder consultation
- Market and future trend analysis
- Development of a draft master plan – including aesthetically pleasing concept drawings of refurbishments and functional upgrades that could be considered timeless.
- Consultation and refinement
- Final drafting and presentation
The Pavilion Conference and Reception Centre is a multipurpose facility built to meet the business, recreational and social needs of the Gympie region.
