The Department of Justice (Justice) operates three Prison Farms which contribute to the Department’s strategic objectives including inmate employment opportunities, training, self-sustainability and sufficiency. Included in Karnet Prison Farm’s production areas is a dairy.
The Department of Justice (Justice) is seeking a suitably qualified Respondent to supply, deliver and install a 1,000 litre per hour whole milk pasteuriserdescribed in this Request.
