Description
This Request specifies the requirements of the WA Country Health Service Kimberley for the provision of cleaning services, as specified, at various corporate offices in Broome and ad hoc cleaning services for remote area clinics and in accordance with the terms and conditions.
The required Services fall under two service categories. These are:
a) Category 1 – Corporate Offices
Cleaning Services for Category 1 comprises cleaning services on regular basis as detailed in 2.2.
b) Category 2 – Remote Area Clinics and Staff Accommodation
Cleaning Services for Category 2 comprises cleaning services on an ad hoc basis as detailed in 2.3.
Respondents are invited to tender for one or more office locations and one or more remote clinic and staff accommodation, refer to Schedule 3 – Pricing.
The Contract/s established as a result of this Request may be awarded in any of the following ways:
• a single Supplier for Category 1 and a panel of Suppliers for Category 2; or
• a panel of Suppliers for Category 1 and 2; or
• multiple Suppliers for Category 1 and 2.
Respondents are to nominate which categories they are submitting for.
