Description
Old Parliament House (OPH) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to lodge tenders to provide a Wireless Network System (the Goods/Services) described in this Request for Tender (RFT) including all:
- Equipment including all necessary cabling
- Configuration and commissioning
- Optimisation
The supplier is to design, supply and install all equipment to facilitate the operation of the Wireless Network System to achieve maximum efficiency, and as a minimum the requirements detailed in Schedule 1 of this RFT.
The Wireless Network System will need to meet the following high level requirements:
- Wifi in Catering Zones that can be rented to function organisers
- Public wifi for visitors to the Public / Shared and Exhibition Areas
- Wifi to allow the management of exhibition computers and multimedia displays throughout the Public / Shared and Exhibition Areas
- Easily upgradable and expandable to include additional coverage of areas of the museum in the future including the potential deployment of a Real Time Locating System functionality
