Standing Offer Arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Traction Power, Signalling, Telecommunications and HV Power Distribution

Queensland Rail invites offers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Traction Power, Signalling, Telecommunications and HV Power Distribution.

Respondents who would like to download all documents and are interested in submitting a response, please follow the below instructions:
1. Tenderers are to email the nominated Contact Officer ([email hidden]) to register to access the documents and online response form in the SAP Ariba Sourcing system. The tender package includes:

• Invitation and Condition of Tendering
• Preamble
• Scope of Work
• Appendix A of SOW - Queensland Rail Specifications, Standards and Drawings
• Condition of Supply Contract
• Tender Response Questions in SAP Ariba Sourcing
• Ariba guide for suppliers

2. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response, they must do so by using Queensland Rail's online sourcing tool (SAP Ariba Sourcing System). Refer to Ariba guide for suppliers attached.
3. Tenderers are encouraged to carefully read all documentation available for downloaded in the SAP Ariba Sourcing System.

Queensland Rail will only accept responses submitted via the SAP Ariba Sourcing System.

Indicative timetable for the tender outlined below:

• Tender Release date - 20 December 2019
• Closing date for tender clarification - 23 January 2020
• Tender Closing date - 31 January 2020 (3pm AEST)
• Anticipated Award - May 2020

Mandatory Criteria:
Quality System Certification - Materials are to be manufactured / supplied by companies that have a certified Quality management System or can demonstrate adequate process control systems, or quality plans.
